Empire Vision is delighted to offer an affordable vision care program to all members and families of CSEA Region 6.

With this plan you will be provided with the latest in vision care services at special fees.  These fees represent significant savings for you and your family compared to retail prices charged by other vision care providers.  All Empire Vision locations are union staffed by members of Local 408, United Optical Workers, I.U.E., assuring journeyman skills.

This does not replace the CSEA EBF vision care plan but is an added value for those needing spare pairs or for family members or unit members who may not be covered.  CSEA members covered by the EBF may still receive paid-in-full services.
